Mixed feelings....

Worried?

If i am, i'm not sure what Ziela feels :( Only got to know on Monday that Doc suspected her new born, Afiq, has problem with his heart. To what extend, nobody knows.. not even the Doc. They took Afiq back to hospital bcoz of jaundice. After the Doc did some test for jaundice, the Doc said to her that the baby may have problem with his heart coz the heart sounds "lain macam". When Ziela tried to ask further, the Doc seems clueless. So, the Doc gave her a few dates to come back for follow ups after he performed x-ray. For now, we're praying hard that Afiq doesn't have any serious heart problem.

Excited?

If i am, i'm sure the kids are more excited than i am :) They are really looking forward to meet up with Fikri and Aiman. My guess they haven't really know that their Su Wedok has oredi delivered another baby. Of course they heard the story but may not be able to feel it yet as they haven't seen Afiq. C and i went to shop for some books for his "biras" and the nephews at Kinokuniya last night. And during lunch time just now i went to shop for some more books. For Ziela, i oredi bought her something, which i have passed to BIL when he was in KL last week. Just hope she’ll like it :)

Tired?

If I am, what abt my immediate boss? Of course we’re all tired due to some uncertainties :( Life is as such anyways.. But, putting all that aside, just continue to do work lor.. and try to create some happy surroundings while we’re in the ofis. We’re like one big happy family. We like to “belanja” everybody with food or goodies eventho there is no special occasion whatsoever. Even the consultants working on the system passed comments like “….what we’re going to miss most after this project ends is the treat….” Oh well, eventho we’re feeling down with whatever it is, we always try to find reasons to buy cakes or desserts just to share with everybody else. Sapa yang diet tu, nasib la kan :)

Happy?

If I am not, there are still many happy and not happy people in this world. But, why shouldn’t I? I have everything in this world for some people to be jealous at. I have a hubby who cares and loves me to bits, 2 sons and 2 daughters who are cute and adorable, parents and parents-in-laws who are still healthy, inlaws who are so understanding, frens who shower me with their thotfulness and kindness, good health and rezeki, etc, etc, etc. There are so many good things in life that I can cherish and be grateful of :D Alhamdulillah syukur for all the great things in life Allah blessed me with :)

Last week i was not able to get connected to blogspot from the ofis :( Looks like it's working fine now. It must be the ofis la kan :-/

A lil bit of here and there :)

I've been quite busy in ofis for the past few weeks :( Coupled with too many meetings and unstabled PC, blogging was out of mind so memang at times the conclusion was as simple as "mim alif lam sim" :-/

Anyways, i am glad to say that met up with KuE last Saturday was GREAT!! Makan sambil sembang kat Secret Receipe at The Curve, dengan angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa.. chewah, it was so relaxing :) I'm so happy that we found frenship in each other, eventho we met thru the forum. Thanx dear for the lovely candle, complete with the burner, together with box of yummylicious shortbread :D I thot i wanna take a pix of the shortbread when i reached home tapi belum sempat nyorokkan from the kids, half of the shortbread was gone!! Sure you can bukak new biz supplying shortbread.. moreover with orders from Puteri's teachers :) Bila nak bukak biz later, do keep me in mind if you wanna look for investor eh *LOL*

Besides, being able to meet up with KC for lunch on Thu was also another lovely occasion for me :) We went to another Secret Recipe in Sogo as that place is the nearest for KC and me, not to detour so far from our offices. Nama je our ofis dekat tapi nak berjumpa punya la payah, hehehe. Nowadays, dah jarang sangat i keluar lunch awal. At times dah pukul 1 lebih baru nak fikir mana nak pegi :? But, we decided to go ahead with lunch as the meet up was so long overdue. Most important outcome from the lunch, we managed to catch up on lotsa things :D Thanx KC for the gorgeous bag and tudung :) I decided to use the bag staright away *wink* Also, all the BEST to S for the biz he's venturing into. I'm sure the biz will be a successful one. Nanti i boleh tolong promote kat kawan-kawan, hehehe.

Other than that, school holidays just started today for 2 weeks. Simba and Faie are very happy that they don't have to get up early everyday till 11th June. We'll go to visit Ziela and family plus the new born this Friday as my leave for Thursday was not approved. We may stay there till Monday, if there's no urgent call from C's ofis. The new Chairman in C's ofis has requested for all department in the company to present their activities to him. So, we can't extend our stay and have to come back to KL on Monday. Can't wait to see the new born :) For the other days, kids may spend their time in Embah's house. They're looking forward to have whale of a time playing PS2 la kot :) Tak pe, Simba dah habis exam so i'm not that worry he's not spending time syudying, hehehe

Blisssss...

I know this update is long overdue but i wanna update so that i'll remember later. Last Friday morning, Mak called me quite early. I was getting ready to go to work at that time. She told me that she'll go to AOR the next day, Saturday, coz Ziela called her earlier to let Mak knows that she's oredi in labour. For the first 2 boys also she had early deliveries by abt 2 weeks. We're actually quite worried abt her as her hubby is on having 2 weeks training in KL. At first Mak oredi planned to go over to her place at the end of this month, just before her due date of 3rd June. But, upon hearing the news, Mak just can't wait to go over. Abah pun cepat-cepat pegi beli ticket bus coz Abah tak leh nak cuti.

During lunch time, i gave Ziela a call to ask how is she doing. To my surprise, she oredi gave birth to a healthy baby boy at about 7.02am. Kiranya, masa dok sembang with Mak pagi tu, Ziela dah selamat deliver dah. I immediately called Mak after that to let her know. Lucky for Ziela to have her inlaws around to look after her 2 sons and to help her out at times like this. If i remember correctly, for her first son also she delivered at early morning. But for her second son, i tak ingat sangat. The thing that i can remember clearly is she came back to KL for the school holidays and one day after that she gave birth. Anyways, alhamdulillah syukur all went well for her. Her deliveries have been quite easy so far :)

Me, C and the kids will travel up next Thu to visit Ziela and the unnamed-yet new born. Can't wait to see the latest addition to the family. Ziela will wait for her hubby to come back first before she name the baby. Asked Mak how the baby look like and her answer was just "rupa awak masa kecik-kecik dulu la". Hmmm.. should or shouldn't i be happy with her statement? Oh well, i treat all my nephews like my own sons and asked them to call me Mama eventho C didn't quite agree with me at first. But i think now he feels proud everytime he hears our nephews call him Papa :)

To Ziela & hubby, may their new bundle of joy will bring more happiness to their life :)

Superstitious?

My right eye has been twitching since Monday. Kalau dengar kata orang tua-tua, katanya nak jumpa orang yang dah lama kita tak jumpa. Nak kata percaya sangat tu tidak la.. But, the last time my right eye twitched, i met one fren who i didn't meet for more than 5 years and i never expect to meet up with her, esp in foreign land and it was a pleasant surprise :) Of course it's becoming irritating but i think i'm still hopeful that i will meet up with somebody soon as i'm sure it'll be another pleasant surprise, hehehe.

From a different perspective, my colleague told me to go to clinic. Oh well, doctor will just give me some muscle relaxant i guess. Should or shouldn't i? Nahhh.. tak payah la kot. If my eye still twitch next week, maybe i'll go coz takut gak ada nerve problem ke. Hope not *while knocking on my ofis table*

Anyways, since i don't think i'll write again before next week, Have a Great weekend all :) To those driving outstation for the long weekend, be extra careful on the road..

Also, to all of you lovely mothers, Happy Mother's Day this Sunday :D Hope you all will have good time with your loved ones *wink*

It's Friday :)

Outside, it's raining heavily plus the thunder and lightning. Some of us who drove to work may worry abt the traffic jam but i'm not. I'm taking the lrt home eventho i had bad experience earlier this week. To me, taking lrt home is not a big problem becoz i'm not rushing to clock in at home :) In my mind now, i just can't wait to reach home to see my kids :) Another reason to be happy is bcoz it's Friday, yippppeeeeeee. This weekend will be another busy weekend for me as i'll have 2 meetings tomorrow, house warming on Sunday afternoon and wedding reception on Sunday nite. I guess, i can just tweak my thinking a lil bit to stay positive so that i'll stay happy *grin*

Let me just tell you what i love most when i get home. I love the sight of my kids calling Mama whenever i open up the house gate :) I love to see Milia rushing out of the door, just to get to me to carry her, when she push the grill to the side :) Normally I'll get to see Mohsin's smile as well :) I simply lurve his sweet smile :D Faie will stay inside the house, afraid she'll get some scolding if she rushes out like his brother and sister. She'll either watch TV or do her homework. Where's Simba? Hehehe, he'll either having dinner at the table or doing his homework. If he's doing his homework, i'll sit together with him, looking through what he's done until he finishes. They ARE the diamonds of my eyes :D

Of public transport...

For the past couple of months or so, i've been so pampered by being chauffeured driven everywhere when hubby decides to send and pick me up from work every day. Hearing and reading abt snatched cases thru the media and daily conversations everywhere make him take the trouble for fear the same case can happen to me any time. Of course i can just let him know that i can take care of myself but we'll definitely never know when and where any disaster can happen to us.. nauzubillah himinzalik..

Monday night he told me that i'll have to take the lrt to work as he needs to go for some visits, leaving very early on Tue morning. When he dropped me at the lrt station, i was quite surprised to see so many people queueing to buy tickets. Hmmm, nevermind that coz i oredi have my ticket so i just climbed up the stairs since the escalator was not working :( Tak pe, tak pe.. exercise naik tangga memang bagus untuk burn some calories... as if la naik tangga kat Batu Caves, hehehe. When the train came, it was quite pack. Nevermind again, it's good enough that i managed to get on eventho later i almost fainted for not having enough oxygen to breath and can move my feet as there's not much leg room.. Isssshhhhh, seksa betul being cramped in the tube, just like it's a sardine can. Normally when i was in the lrt previous times, i'll filled up my time typing sms to frens but that day i was so busy counting stations, huhuhu..
Anyways, to my horror, when i got off at Masjid Jamek station, the queue of people who wants to get on the lrt was soooooooooooo long!! Berlingkar-lingkar panjangnya, sampai ke atas. When i checked myself out, ramai lagi rupanya berbaris before the entry point! My guess, not many people are driving to work these days after the 30sen hike in petrol price. Maybe to those who can afford to drive luxury cars, increase in petrol prices doesn't mean as much as to those yang every month "sesak nafas" before the pay is in. No wonder whenever me and C are early, we don't see that many cars on the road anymore. Rupanya yang masih drive to work tu dah keluar lambat sikit. So, me and C must make it a point to keluar awal sikit every day so that we'll not be stuck in massive jam and can save a lil bit of petrol..

On Wed pun i naik gak lrt coz C kena pegi visit some places and factory. Tapi this time around it was much better as i was a bit earlier than Tue. Tak la teruk sangat sampai tak leh nak bergerak langsung :)

Moral of the story:
..to those still driving to work for all the reasons in the world, beat the jam before the jam beats you :)
..to those naik public transport to work or go anywhere, keluar awal sikit to avoid possibility of pitam/pengsan dalam lrt due to lack of oxygen macam yours truly :)
